Either Jordan himself or another extremely qualified coach leads every single class. Workouts vary daily, but classes last 60 minutes and have the same general flow:
When you first arrive you can hang out, grab a foam roller, talk it up with other members, and do any particular stretches/exercises you like (or that Jordan has given to you specifically after your screen) before class starts. During class, our coach will lead the group through a specific warm up, a strength or skill session, and a conditioning piece. Then…you’re done! Sound like a lot?
