How does it work?

    Exercise is medicine, so it can be prescribed by a physician and paid for with HSA/FSA funds. This includes a membership at CrossFit Communitas.

    We've partnered with TrueMed and their licensed practitioners to help determine if you meet the requirements to be prescribed a Letter of Medical Necessity for exercise. Just fill out the brief health evaluation survey via the link below.

  • ✽

    If eligible, TrueMed's licensed practitioners will issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (good for 12 months). The cost is $30, you'll only be charged if you qualify, and TrueMed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.
