at Communitas is fostering an amazing community of happy, healthy, and humble people that strive for excellence in every aspect of their lives, fitness included. Lifting as heavy as possible and killing yourself every workout is NOT THE GOAL - that’s a recipe for injury and disaster. Our fitness programs and coaching build incredible long-term health and fitness. We believe that excellence is contagious - by surrounding yourself with others who want to improve themselves, you build an unstoppable community that ensures results.
During classes, our expert trainers guide members safely through every movement and can scale workouts to all conceivable fitness levels. Dr. Eldridge also screens and gives each member individualized stretches and exercises to perform before each class, improving weaknesses and preventing injury.
